Physician Referrals
Physician referrals may be sent via fax to Halifax - (902) 423-4579 or Dartmouth - (902) 435-7259. We ask that physicians provide us with the patient's name and telephone number with indication for a sleep study. The Snore Shop will contact the patient and arrange an appointment.

In Newfoundland, physician referrals may be faxed to the Sleep Centre's central fax line (709) 576-5661.  The staff at the Sleep Centre will contact the patient directly and arrange an appointment. 

We have provided an interactive map that will provide you with driving directions to our offices. Click on the large map for an interactive map, and provide your starting and ending address for detailed driving instructions.

Walk-in traffic is always welcome at all locations.  Testing can be arranged without a referral.  All results are then sent back to the patient and to their family physician.
